No,however they can get cysts and such on their skin. Some dogs have very severe dermetitis issues.
No. Dogs don't generally get human diseases, and humans don't generally get dog diseases, with a few exceptions. One notable exception is rabies, the other exceptions are external parasites such as fleas, ticks, fungal infections (such as ringworm) and internal parasites such as roundworm and pinworm. Some parasite borne diseases such as Lyme disease are sadly shared by both humans and dogs but these are the exception and not the rule.

A healthy vaccinated dog with good parasite control (i.e. Frontline or a similar product to control fleas and ticks, and Heartgard Plus or a similar product that eradicates and prevents internal worm infestations including heartworm which is deadly to dogs) is not a disease threat to human health. Most human diseases are not transmittable to dogs and vice versa, so no need to worry about your dog getting your nasty case of bronchitis or flu or chicken pox or most other diseases from you.
I don't know if they actually can or not, but I do remember when I was yound, we had a German Shorthaired Pointer, and my niece had Chicken Pox. a week after she visited, pups had bumps and were scratching, vet told my parents they'd caught the chicken pox from my niece. (that was 28 yrs ago so, they may know more about the chances now of that happening or not).
