belgian malinois breeders around ohio?

I am looking for belgian malinois breeders in (preferably) or around ohio. I am just interested in a family dog no showing or anything.
Answers:
Go the Belgian Mal breed club website.

Here is the link to their breeder's list.

EVERY litter - even if both parents won at Westminster - has pet quality puppies. In fact the sho prospect pupppy is alwasy the minority in the litter.

Dealing with a breeder who is a member of the breed club is virtually a guarantee that the breeder knows the bloodline, knows the temperment and health problems of that bloodline, knows what their dogs can and can not do; does all the health checks before breeding (OFA hips, OFA elbows, thyroid, CERF eyes, cardiac ect); will stand behind their puppy and will require that if you can't keep the dog at anytime during its life, it goes back to them. A good breeder is vVERY protective of their puppies and feels responsible for them through out their lives.

(Love Mals! They are smart and trainable. Think about doing obedience competitions with your dog. They are GREAT at it and you end up with a super well-trained pet. I started doing obedience competions with my dog at the age of 9.)

The American Kennel Club site has a breeder's directory and I'd also look for a national Belgian Malinois club with a regional directory for reputable breeders in your area.
I urge you not to buy online or from a pet shop. Many breeders (so called) online have puppy mills.
Many of the breed clubs have rescue groups as well.
