Best way to clean up doggie accident?

Yes, my dog had an accident again. :(

Quite a large one, too. A full sized golden retriever. He must have had a bad day.

Anyway. every time I approach it it makes me want to vomit. It's diarrea type on tile floor. Any suggestions on how to clean it up?

First you'll have to clean up the mess itself. I recommend rubber gloves, an all purpose spray cleaner, lots of paper towels, a towel tied over your face and, if the smell is completely unbearable, a dab of mentholatum or vicks vapo rub under your nose. Have a bag handy to scoop everything into. If there is a lingering odor you can get it out using a mixture of 1 quart of hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 cup of baking soda and 1-2 teaspoons of liquid soap. Test an inconspicuous spot on the tile first to make sure that it won't discolor the tile. Then use a scrub brush to apply the mixture to the tiles. I have a pup with a nervous stomach too, and this stuff cleaned the smell out of my carpet. You have to use it right away in order for it to work (It's supposed to be great for skunked pets too.) Good luck.
The same happend to me today. got my husband to clean it and he used 3ply toilet paper.. lots of it. Then spray some vinigar over the area and mop to get rid of bacteria's!

Good luck!!
How long has it been sitting there? It should have been cleaned as soon as you noticed it since the proteins can seep into the tile and your dog(or visiting dogs) will be able to smell it after you clean it. Pick up as much as you can with a plastic bag, or broom pan. After that wash off the area with some water, or wipe it down with a rap. Then use a good floor cleaner (soft scrub w/ bleach since it's tile) and scrub it in. Leave it for a little while so it will break down all the enzymes and protein remaining from the dog's poop. After about an hour go back and rinse away the cleaner and dry it. If it is in the grout, try using a toothbrush and scrubbing some of the softscrub into it and letting it sit for a long time before cleaning it.
pick up the poop and then use carpet shampo or they have pet foam that you can put on it and then wipe it up. it also smells good
resolve paper towels.
First of all, before you start, put a bandana or a piece of cloth over your nose. Get an old rag or a bunch of paper towels and wipe up as much as you can, use a glove or plastic bag over your hand. Hopefully you have some.add about 2 capfuls of pinesol to your bucket of hot water or just pour it on the floor and mop it good. mop it again if you have to. spray with disinfectant spray last. The pinesol smells nice and it really cleans up all that mess. Bleach will kill germs but bleach will stink up the room and the smell lingers. Get pinesol and get to work!
my 7 mon old chihuahua pee on my carpet even tho i already let her out when she came back in to pee.anyway its good to use an enzyme cleaner i use kids and pets stain and odor eliminator you can get it at walmart, you can also purchase adult puppy pads just in case she need to pee but cant go out.here is a recipie to get rid of the stain and odor

mix 5 tespons of club soda and 1/4 of white vinegar and a 1 cup of water spray it on the urine and leave it for an hourbloat up the stain.then sprinkel baking soda on it leave it overnight and vacume in the morning.then spray febreze on it.if that doesnt work try kids and pets stain and odor remover you can get it at walmart or try urine gone a bit expensive but wort it.
put something over your nose and take several paper towels or toilet paper and once the poo is off the floor take your regular cleaning supplies and use a paper towel to clean it up
Lots %26 lots of tissue papers and then wash the tiles with water %26 detergent.
